ABOUT THE OWNER
Embarking on a journey of self discovery while aligning the body through the ancient practice of yoga asana ~ yoga found it’s way into Kristin's life in 2009 while battling many extensive health conditions. She found that yoga gave her a quality of life again, through the practice in the physical body and furthermore, instilling positivity throughout her endeavors. It was then that she found inspiration to share this lifestyle to those around her.
In 2014, Kristin obtained her RYT-200 and began teaching ~ yoga became a way of life, both on and off the mat. She continued to further her studies and obtained her RYT-500, which quickly turned into an E-RYT-500 and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Practitioner). Kristin has spent countless hours continuing her studies while also teaching as a lead educator of a Yoga Alliance certified school, mentor. trainer, manager, and now studio owner. Her intention through yoga is to cultivate an energetic community of like-minded individuals, and share tools to find peace through properly caring for their delicate body vessels.
